Boom Lab, in partnership with ThreeBridge Solutions and Keyot, was founded on the idea that talented recent graduates have a lot more to offer than most companies realize. Even though this new generation of leaders is about to make up half of Corporate America, many companies struggle with how to meaningfully integrate new employees into their workforce.
At Boom Lab, we tackle this issue head-on by hiring curious, talented business and technology consultants to join our growing teams in the Midwest.
Because we provide up to 200 hours of training in the first year, our consultants quickly build the skills and experience needed to excel in today’s challenging corporate environment.
Our Boom Lab consultants excel in team environments, possess very strong communication skills, learn quickly, and help build creative solutions for our clients. Our team brings energy and excitement to the workplace, and challenges the notion that it takes a few years before someone can provide real value.
Boom Lab Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, and Intern consultants are assigned to projects based on their skills, education, and experience. They spend their time onsite at the client, working in teams to solve problems, gaining alignment on project direction, and managing tasks and resources. Analytical roles (typically assigned to MIS, Statistics, Finance, Econ, Math and similar majors) combine social/collaborative and detail-oriented solution design skills.
We’re on the lookout for talented new consultants with a knack for leadership and a hunger for challenge. Our consultants have strong academic achievement, community involvement, and are committed to success.

We're not the only ones who think our site's pretty neat. In fact, we're proud to say we won an award for outstanding web design in the Minnesota AIGA Design Show in 2012.
